Backed by both The University of the West Indies and the Cocoa Research Centre, SPIRITT is built on a foundation of deep cocoa expertise and scientific credibility.
Each bar is made in small batches using sustainably sourced Trinitario cocoa beans, carefully fermented and finished at origin. Through pioneering work in cocoa fermentation, quality management, and traceability, we elevate the full expression of flavor from tree to bar.
